After you received the items,please don’t install the screen directly,you can link the flex cable to the motherboard and test it first to make sure it works perfectly.

If you are not good at replacing the LCD,we suggest that you find a professional maintenance person to replace it.

Below Conditions Are In Warranty:(need video and photo proof,this is necessary)

(1).When you receive the package,and the package was damaged.don't sign the package.If you have already signed, be sure to provide some damaged pictures of the outer packaging and items.
(2).You find the item is damaged when you openning the parcel.show the back for the lcd,we have a logo in the back.
(3).You find the item don’t working when you are testing,and you haven’t install it.
(4).You get wrong colors or models.
(5).You haven't received the items after the effective delivery time.

Below Conditions Are Not In Warranty:

(1).You didn’t test the items before install it.
(2).The product was broken, but you can't provide some pictures of the damaged outer packaging.
(3).No-working or damaged because of incorrect installation.
(4).You have used the items.
(5).You have not received the package because you left a wrong address or phone number.
(6).Product exceeds warranty time—3 Months. Products damaged due to human reasons are not covered by the warranty.

1.Please allow a little color variation for different display setting.
2.Please check your phone model carefully to avoid buying errors.
3.We only have one set of tools for all packages. If you have purchased multiple screens and need more sets of tools, please make a note in the order or send a message to us. The number of tools are at most the same as the number of screens.
